Due to a dual crisis that the country has faced, youths aged between 12 and 19 have left schools and become distanced from the mainstream of formal education. Deprived of fundamental skills in technology, vocation, and life, their adaptability to the challenges of life has considerably decreased, resulting in the loss of a complete generation of human resource capital in Myanmar. E4Y provided comprehensive education to out-of-school children living in Yangon, representing various ethnic groups and diverse religious orientations, from 2008 to 2020. However, it was discontinued for three years due to certain uncertainties and challenges.

Now is the time to revitalize it with a renewed focus to address the needs of drop-out youth. The revised focus of E4Y introduces a new dimension aimed at overcoming these difficulties. At the end of the course, students will be prepared to pursue professional studies at CVT or any vocational institute.
